At KOHLER, we recognize the unique opportunity we have to use our technology and innovation to meet this global need. We started our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohlercompany.com\/social-impact\/safe-water-for-all\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Safe Water for All<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> initiative to help improve the quality of life around the world. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Safe Water For All Initiative<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The KOHLER Safe Water For All Initiative is a global outreach program that provides clean water access to underserved communities. We\u2019ve partnered with other humanitarian organizations to identify ways that we can use our products and resources to increase health and safety around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">These organizations include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/50lhome.org\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">50L Home Coalition<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adventisthealth.org\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Adventist Health<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manutd.com\/en\/partners\/global\/kohler\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Manchester United<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/theshowerofhope.org\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Showers of Hope<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mycause.worldvision.org\/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.event&amp;eventID=1451\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">World Vision<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/watermission.org\/kohler\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Water Mission<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">And more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">We firmly believe that with collaboration, innovation, and compassion, we can improve the lives of others. Here are three ways that our products and technology are making a difference:<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section id=\"content-block_5fb435f38d769\" class=\"section section--article-content styled-lists\">\n  <div class=\"wrapper\">\n          <div class=\"number-container\">\n                  <span class=\"number\">\n            1          <\/span>\n                          <h3>Showers of Hope<\/h3>\n              <\/div>\n              <div class=\"content-body\">\n        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Currently, in Los Angeles, over 44,000 people do not have access to shelter or basic hygiene. To help support the unhoused LA community, we partnered with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohlercompany.com\/news\/press-releases\/covid-19-response\/kohler-relief-showers-for-the-unhoused\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The Shower of Hope<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> to station a KOHLER Relief Shower Trailer at the Hollywood Adventist Church. This trailer also plays a key role in helping people stay employed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Since we joined this initiative, we\u2019ve seen how showers improve the physical and mental health of LA citizens. The 50L Home Coalition challenges people across the globe to limit their daily water use to 50L per day. Our hope is that these <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kohlercompany.com\/social-impact\/safe-water-for-all\/50l-home\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">water conservation strategies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> will help support other renewable energy efforts.<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n<section id=\"content-block_5fb436308d76b\" class=\"section section--article-content styled-lists\">\n  <div class=\"wrapper\">\n          <div class=\"number-container\">\n                  <span class=\"number\">\n            3          <\/span>\n                          <h3>Water Pumps in Refugee Camps<\/h3>\n              <\/div>\n              <div class=\"content-body\">\n        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">When we learned about 200,000 people leaving Burundi to live in a Tanzanian refugee camp, we partnered with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/watermission.org\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Water Mission<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> to build water pumps. We used our portable generators to build this system in less than 17 days.
