It\u2019s nice to have a relaxing self-care day at home, but we all know it\u2019s not quite the same as a trip to the spa. There are a few key elements a spa has that your bathroom might not offer at the moment. However, there are some things you can do to bring the spa experience home.<\/p>\n

To get the full spa aromatherapy experience, we recommend using essential oils. These oils are extracted from plants and capture the plant\u2019s scent and flavor. In other words, their essence. Essential oils are available at many upscale grocery stores like Whole Foods, and many big box stores. Of course, you can find a wide variety online! <\/p>\n

Add a few drops of your essential oils to your bubble bath or diffuse them to infuse the entire bathroom with your favorite scents. You can also add a few drops to your body lotion or body oil and wear the scent all day long.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n
